This firm does wonderful work for the community and is a credit the the area

As a former client of this law firm, I have to say I’m thoroughly disappointed in them. The attorney that was assigned to my case had left the firm. How did I find this out? Through their website. I emailed Tyson to confirm this was true and he said yes and they will be sending out an email to all of the clients affected by this change. It’s now been a month and a half and still waiting on that email. This firm seemed to pride itself in client communication by doing “check-in calls” with clients to make sure their assigned team was communicating effectively with the client. As a client, I never once received a call from their CARES team. Most of my correspondence was done via email with Ella which was always informative and pleasant. Other than that, my experience was subpar. I have since followed the attorney to their new firm and am having an overall much better experience.
