Ask for Mr. Matthew Pool! I am a middle class average working person and Mr. Pool showed an abundance of patience and professionalism thorough out the case. Even as things got difficult and complicated, Mr. Pool remained positive and reassured me everything would go as planned. Mr. Pool made me feel like he was solely working my case with how attentive he was and how diligently he kept me updated during every stage of the process. No matter what time of day, he promptly responded or called me back. Even when I did not contact him, Mr. Pool would send me reminders for the documents he needed. My experience with this Law firm was a very good experience. The attorney and his paralegal where very very generous, kind and always kept good communication. We would definitely go back if needed in the future, or recommend. The only problem was the settlement wasn’t quite what was expected but we where explained why and understood the reason why because of the other party. My Attorney explained everything and fought hard to meet the needs. Treated my family with lots of respect and also listen. Never felt rushed or pushed off at no time. Nice, friendly, kind, clean practice with all the staff.
