I don’t even know where to begin to express how grateful and appreciative I am of Mr. Matthew Pool as my attorney. Mr. Pool was very attentive, and has the MOST patience in his profession. Mr. Pool explained the details of my case in ways I can grasp and truly understand. Any questions I had about my case Mr. pool was able to give me a answer. I was always updated with any information or steps towards my case. My case was very, very emotional for me, Mr. pool expressed his understanding towards my situation I was dealing with. I NEVER felt like I didn’t know what was going on in my case. Mr. pool always kept everything honest with me about the options I had and can pick from. After every conversation we had rather it’s was over phone or via email I felt emotional better with my case. Custody cases with children are extremely hard and can take over your emotions, Mr. pool did a excellent job at helping me through this difficult time. I don’t even know if words can show him how much I am so thankful for him for solving my problem. My case was ended the way I prayed it will end. I am so happy!!!!!! I am so grateful!!!!!!! Mr. Pool thank you so much for your time. I seriously feel like I will forever be in debt with you for bringing my daughter back into my life.

Upon my research of the Stange law Firm I ask my grand daughter to let them represent her in a custody matter. I am so glad she went with them. She was assigned to Attorney Mr Mathew Pool Esq. Sent this guy 2 emails and he tried sending me a bill for almost $300.. there was no agreement, disclosure, I never actually hired him or agreed to doing any business with him. Richard Coughlin is a scam artist. If you wanna charge people for emails that's fine but you cant not say anything then send a bill after the fact. When I called to ask why I received this bill he got rude and hung up on me then sent me a threatening email. STAY AWAY!

Matthew Pool took over my dissolution case and did an excellent job. Overall I am very pleased with how the case was handled. He was very responsive and I feel like he helped me feel comfortable with each step of the process. Just be aware that the deposit/retainer is expected to be refilled as it is billed.

I called in to ask if the firm was a participant in a legal insurance program that I have through work, and to ask if Civil Litigation was one of their practice areas. The secretary transferred me to Mr. Coughlin, who asked for details about my case in order to answer those questions. After a brief overview, he said that Civil Lit was one of their practice areas, but was not sure if they accepted my legal insurance. Jump forward a month later - I get a bill for the call. I call the office to get clarity, because those two questions should be reasonably answered without cost (each time had to leave a message). After weeks without a call back, I get a strongly worded letter stating that since I didn't pay, they were not going to represent me....which was okay since I never hired them. If you're considering this firm, go ahead and hand them a blank stack of checks first.

Noel Sevastianos is very knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, detailed, and quick to return phone calls. I have nothing but good words and the utmost respect and appreciation for the hard work, Noel did for me on an accident case years ago. He was quick to keep me updated on my case, and always asked if I had any more surgeries or doctor appointments scheduled and to keep him informed on them. He was able to settle my case quickly with no issues. I will definitely recommend Noel to anyone that is in need of a personal injury lawyer without hesitation! Thank you for all you did for me!
