Emily crafted an estate plan for us which included a trust and will documents. She is very thorough in her approach. She patiently answered all of our questions no matter how inane they were. Emily is up to date on all legal aspects of family trust planning. She also is readily available to answer questions that arise after the plan is put in place. Her fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Emily and feel you will be pleased with her excellent service.

We had the greatest experience working with Emily at Kirk Estate Planning. She was very patient in explaining to us all the legal terms for our estate planning and making sure we were fully comfortable with our choices.

Went to see Emily Kirk to create a will and Emily advised me to do a trust. Emily took time to explain why and I agreed. We ask a lot of questions and Emily answered all of them thoroughly. If we ever have any other estate planning needed, we will contact Emily. She was great!!!
