This is the best group of people to work worth in a stressful and otherwise bad situation. Very kind and informative and make you feel.like a person and not just a dollar bill to them. Very caring and always got back to me and answered all my concerns. I would recommend all of these people highly. Kathy especially she always was helpful and checked up on me all the time. Brent and his staff did an amazing job taking care of my chapter 13 and me throughout the process. I had filed a chapter 13 a couple years earlier with a different local bankruptcy lawyer and it went terrible. The prior lawyer filed inaccurate paperwork that lead to my friend's vehicle being repossessed because I cosigned on it. It was not supposed to be part of my filing at all. The prior lawyer did not communicate well at all when I was able to get in touch with him or have him get back to me. The prior lawyer said it would take a lot of paperwork to change the way he originally filed things for me. I had to just stop making my payments and get kicked out of that Chapter 13 after having made years of payments just so I could try to refile months later with Westbrook Law Group. If I was sure I wouldn't get in legal trouble I would name drop the other lawyer. Westbrook answered every question, were timely, and set me at much more ease. I was especially anxious because my prior experience. I really cannot talk up Westbrook Law Group enough.
