For filing bankruptcy and being miserable about doing so, everyone with this company was very helpful and answered all my questions. During court my lawyer made sure we had everything and didn’t sound like a goof ball, like some of them. Definitely recommend!

My experience working with this firm…terrible. Anthony , at the beginning was gong ho, and gained my confidence. He knew I was wanting to take my case all the way to court, but played me like a fiddle once their team knew they could settle for a quick payday. After trying to convince me on multiple occasion to settle, I finally took their advice, and settled. It was the worst decision I ever made. I felt victimized all over again and these were the people who seemed empathetic toward my case at the beginning. From the results that I received, I know now, they were working against me. So do your research before it’s too late. For instance, Todd Werts wife had a social Media connection with a family member of a person disclosed in my charges . So be careful dealing with these hustlers. I know why their office always stayed empty and that should've been a sign for me to stay away.

I dealt with not only the Columbia office, but also the St Charles office, he never mattered who I spoke with they were always highly professional and highly knowledgeable about my situation. I could not have asked for a friendlier and more understanding group of professionals. Have recommended them to many friends. So glad I had them to help me through this situation.
