I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with A.W. Smith Law Firm. At our initial meeting, they helped me to better understand how how accident liability/insurance works and how my case would be handled. The staff communicated with me on a routine basis regarding the progress of my case. The entire process was respectful, professional and stress-free.

I contacted the AW Smith Law Firm after my mom was struck crossing the highway to help someone who had been in a wreck. My mom spent 2 weeks in a Level 1 trauma center and then weeks in an inpatient rehab. I didnt know where to turn but knew with her injuries that I was in over my head. I got a call from EC, one of their attorneys within an hour after I called and left a voice message, on a SUNDAY. He came to the hospital and sat with us at my mothers bedside. Him and Melissa took care of literally EVERYTHING. They were able to get my mom money from avenues we didnt even know existed. It was so nice to know we had someone working for us and that truly cared about my mom. It was obvious they werent "just about the money". The best decision I made during this entire process was calling these folks!

I was injured when my car was rear-ended. I thought I could handle the claim myself, but the other party's insurance gave very low offers at every step. I should have gone to A.W. Smith sooner.
