I was in a car accident that was not my fault, but the other drivers’ insurance company refused to pay my medical expenses. After a year of getting the run-around, I was fed up. So, I contacted A.W. Smith Law Firm. They were wonderful throughout the entire process, and it was all very easy for me. I just gave them some basic details on the case, and they took it from there. They did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process and ultimately won a better settlement than I had ever dreamed. I would highly recommend this law firm. They do an excellent job taking care of their clients.

Braggart firm that doesn't do the work. Tries to make injured folks beholding to them, by fake caring. One associate even lied to the university hospital to move case forward. Fired them, but they refused to be fired until a judge stepped in. Case was so messed up took 6 lawyers to straighten it out. Before all this, AW texted once, on a Friday, but refused to call or meet. No, not a good firm. AVOID at all costs.
