We are beyond please with Gene and his staff. My 22 year old son was hit by a car while on his bike. With a head injury, multiple lacerations, being air flighted plus an overnight stay in the hospital - the bills quickly added up to over $100k. My son did not have medical insurance at the time. The person who hit my son was uninsured, and although the car he drove was insured, it was insured for the lowest possible amount allowed by law. We called Gene's office and he came out to meet us within days. Very professional and knowledgeable - and we felt like he had our son's best interest in mind the whole time. All medical bills were settled without us paying a dime, AND my son received compensation for his injuries. HIGHLY recommend!!

Very excellent and professional! I'm in a wheelchair and last year was my first time using a company to drive me to and from my doctors's appointments. I was being taken home from an appointment and the driver did not have me securely fastened and when he stopped I fell out of my chair, hitting a metal bar in front of me. Luckily I had my brother with me so when the driver pulled over, he put me back in my chair. The driver dropped us off at my house. That's when we found the hole in my leg. I had to get stitches. I called the firm and because I'm in a wheelchair and am unable to get out Rob came to me. I'm very satisfied with the communication between him, the staff and I! Definitely would recommend!

My daughter was rear ended with my 6 month old grandson in the backseat. The car was totalled and the back windshield shattered all around my grandson. By the grace of God he was unharmed physically. My daughter on the other hand had a severe concussion that lasted for years and the accident also caused her to have extreme anxiety. She became angry and disconnected which caused my grandson to lose the personal and motherly connection he had with her. Their relationship is now more of a brother and sister relationship and he is now 3 years old. Missouri Injury law firm has very friendly staff and want to be helpful but fall short. My daughter's case went on for almost a year waiting on medical records. I finally called the hospital and got the records sent over that day. The next issue was waiting on the billing for the hospital because the hospital in of itself is inefficient and failed to adequately chart and treat my daughter for her concussion. I had to call the billing department after waiting for a week to get that information sent by the next day. The summary judgement sent to the insurance company was not well put together and did not mention my grandson being the vehicle at the time of the accident. After being contacted by our attorney stating they offered an insulting settlement offer, I questioned why they didn't mention my grandson in the summary, no real response was given. By the end of the lawsuit he was telling me to just settle for the offer because he wasn't going to be able to get them any higher. Well, a few weeks later a new insurance adjuster was assigned to the case and the offer doubled. We finally settled because I was aggravated with this firm and didn't want to deal with them and it provided my daughter with some money for her troubles. The day after we pick-up the settlement check I get an email stating they want to file a suit for my grandson and need to sign a release for his records. I inform them at that time that there are no records for the accident specifically because he had a six month check up scheduled and they tied in the follow up of the accident with his check-up. I then get an email a week later stating they can not find any hospital records for him regarding the accident. I emailed them and explained I had already stated this before and that his lawsuit should have been included with my daughters because he had no injuries with the exception of emotional distress due to the injuries my daughter suffered. I then mentioned I am not sure why you guys are even seeking a settlement because of those reasons. I get an email back stating she is closing the case per my request. I emailed back and told them not to close the case because it is not my decision to do so, it is my daughters. I haven't heard from them since.
