So, I have been residing in Missouri around a year, and my ex husband has refused to return our son from Texas. I came to David's firm for immediate and aggressive action. Although our case is not in a courtroom and we are merely in the beginning of my case, the work has been thorough, and he has been honest about what to expect. He has been phenomenal at helping me understand the difference in family law in comparison to Texas as well. I am very hopeful, and feel very confident in his ability to follow through with what he has said is possible.

It seemed to me that David projected his own experiences on to my situation believing that like him, my ex-husband was a great father but just a terrible husband. He refused to use the detailed evidence I provided him in court. Because of this, my children are still in an abusive home with their father too much of the time. I regret sticking with him through the process and would never use him again and/or refer him to anyone else. He was detrimental to the lives of not only my children but also myself. Do not use.

For starters Elizabeth Turner is a great person in doing what she does best. Elizabeth Turner is by far the best attorney I have ever hired in my life. Elizabeth is the best around! Elizabeth studies in the four states Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Everyone always says “you get what you pay for” well, she’s it. Elizabeth Turner is highly intelligent, smart, trustworthy and very devoted when it comes to her cases. Elizabeth will work with you and she is affordable. Most of all, Elizabeth is worth it. Trust goes both ways though when being a client of hers. Always be honest with Elizabeth and she will give you her absolute best. Elizabeth goes completely out of her way to ensure that you are given/treated fairly. Elizabeth puts everything she’s got into her cases. Elizabeth doesn’t stop until she has done her absolute best for you as a client. Elizabeth goes above and beyond for her clients, I’ve never seen Elizabeth settle for less. Throughout several questions, Elizabeth has never left me blind or second guessing absolutely anything. She is always on top of everything. If I have/had a question for Elizabeth, the office staff are always more than willing to look into whatever it is I need and get back with me with a rapid response. The office staff are VERY communicative, informative and they all stay on top of letting you know each and every individual detail to your case! Absolutely ANY questions you have, Elizabeth and her office staff are always just one email, Facebook message and or phone call away! Elizabeth and her staff will explain everything in detail. They’ll make the process a better learning experience for you. When you are not an attorney yourself sometimes some of the stuff seems a little impossible to understand! Don’t worry. That’s why they’re there for you. I believe as humans we all make mistakes but we all have rights as well. Elizabeth will definitely fight for your rights, no matter what. I’ve never felt like an attorney was so devoted to my case until I met Elizabeth. It isn’t about the money to Elizabeth, she’s there for her people. She cares. So far, I cannot give enough praise and credit to Elizabeth and her law firm. I have absolutely zero complaints about this firm and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. I do not feel he was thorough in our case and made sure our girls were protected He waited last minute to work on our case and didn't subpoena anyone especially when there were particular people that should have been. He didn't inform of us off everything accurately and found out info in our custody order from the other party on matters we told david we 100%.did not agree on and were not informed they were going to be in the order. We will not be using him again and I highly suggest you do your homework when searching for a lawyer as we did not but have learned from our mistake.

We retained Meyer for a custody battle. At first he came across as an aggressive Pit Bull that was ready for battle. Boy was that not the case he was the biggest snow flake I ever met. He didn’t want to fight for us he just wanted to try and mediate the situation which wasn’t going to work. He totally botched all our Paperwork to where our other attorney had to fix it. He charged us the full retainer for doing about two hundred dollars worth of work. He didn’t care about the situation our little girl was in at all. I’m really surprised he stays in business robbing people like he does. Please before hiring him go across the street and hire the homeless guy to defend you. You will be better off
