Jon and Shannon were a beacon of hope for my family. They made the process so easy. Even through all of my procrastination, they were patient and understanding. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. They made a process that seemed so terrifying and difficult so much easier. They were both extremely welcoming to my three children when we went into the office and made all of us feel like family. They interacted with my kids all while professionally explaining everything so it was easy to understand. Both Jon and Shannon are a blessing!
