Shannon my paralegal is extremely compassionate, organized, thorough, and detailed. She is very patient with gathering information and going through information.
John is very decisive, thorough, and to the point. He is a great advocate and will stand for you and your rights as a citizen to make sure everything is done fairly and in order.
They are both very honest and will brainstorm every outcome and help you understand thoroughly from every direction the questions you have.

He was all of the above... he listened and visited with us to make sure he understood exactly what we needed. He never made us feel as if he was above us. I found out that when I filed for my BK7, I failed to list a branch to the hospital in the filing. I called Bhend Law Firm and received a copy of the filing and dismissal, and the hospital went ahead and dismissed their balance.
