Kevin McManus is, without a doubt, the attorney whom I would recommend for a long term disability appeal or an injury case in the Kansas City area. He is a trusted colleague of mine and two things about him jumped out to me immediately: He is very intelligent and skilled as an attorney, and that he is an honorable, caring human being. Kevin and his injury law firm are a great team to work with. Working with Kevin and his team was a very smooth process. They were very helpful and thorough with all available options. During the process they kept me very informed of the status of my case. My case was a bit unique and they did a great job navigating some of the intricacies of my case especially working with two different insurance companies. I called Kevin for help with a LTD claim. When, I spoke to the office, and explained that my matter was urgent. Within 15 mins, she was calling me back with Kevin on the phone ( while he was out of the office, late on a Friday afternoon) to help me with my questions and guide me in the direction on what to do next. He offered me the assistance that I needed and answered all my questions from his car. I cannot tell them how much i appreciate their help, especially because, I was in a panic because I needed to respond to the LTD company before the end of today
