Kevin McManus and his team did a wonderful job on my case! My insurance company had denied me benefits. I contacted many law firms, large and small ones, searching for a lawyer to handle my problem. Kevin's is the ONLY LAW FIRM where I was able to talk with a lawyer directly, to discuss the case and consider my options. All other places shunted me off to support staff, answering machines, phone tree dead ends, or online forms to fill out. Time was of the essence for my situation. Kevin and his team responded quickly. They literally 'snowed the insurance company under' with a barrage of arguments so compelling that they 'rolled over and played dead'. Benefits were reinstated without question. Throughout the work needed for our appeal, Kevin and his team maintained regular contact with me. They were easy to reach and responded quickly to all my questions. You won't go wrong choosing this law office!

Kevin worked on what I considered a difficult long term disability situation that could have resulted in the revocation of my private carrier benefits which would have also surely led to the the same for my Social Security disability benefits. The process did go on for some time but Kevin and his staff kept me well informed and was always so prompt to respond as requested information came from the carrier. I was also very assured throughout the process because Kevin was always forthcoming with his strategy and method to prevail on my behalf. Some time has passed now and I have had occasion to contact Kevin for minor questions but somehow he and his staff always make me feel like I am the most important call or email inquiry of the day. Whether it was during the initial project or just the few incidental times I have contacted him, the way I am treated is truly the best example of customer service and care. I appreciate Kevin and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking these and any other services he provides!

Jarrett help our 84 year old mother who was attacked by a dog twice, get her medical bills paid. He kept us updated every step of the way.
