This lawyer was very helpful and gave good advice after a car accident that happened when I was rear-ended by a driver on a busy street in KC MO. The other driver was clearly texting and driving. Very thankful everything is done and happy with the result.

I contacted this law firm after an injury and a prior medical condition prevented me from being able to work. I applied for long term disability and was denied and needed help. Kevin responded quickly and explained how the process for the appeal worked and how the law of ERISA worked. I definitely recommend him if you need help with long-term disability denial.

I had serious injuries but didn’t go to the Doctor right away; My car only had minor damage and due to my age, I already had some spine degeneration.
