Chelsey is extremely well-spoken and personable. I did not have a case that fell into the correct category with this law firm, but Chelsey was patient and knowledgeable about how they could and could not assist me, and her kindly explaining what they do alleviated stress for me, even though it still resulted in rejection. Great attitudes like hers go a long way when you're trying to seek legal services, which can be a stressful, messy time period.
