When I hurt my back on the job as an RN, I had no idea how everything would pan out. Through my treatment, it was determined that I would never be able to work as a bedside RN again. A friend referred me to Tim, and from the word “go”, he was the advocate I didn’t know I needed. My case was a bit unusual, but he stuck with us. He answered questions from my husband and me as straightforward as possible. Never once was he patronizing. If there was a process that we didn’t understand, he would patiently explain. He returned calls and emails- even if he didn’t have a concrete answer. He would at least let us know he was searching for answers if he didn’t have one. He is a kind soul and really wants the best for his clients. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to tackle this case than him.
