Terrible customer service! I was referred to this law firm by a different attorney that did not handle worker’s compensation claims. Mr. Alberez told me there was no need to explain my case, it was a mess, and I need to seek another attorney. This is my first time having to deal with a situation like this so I’m totally lost, nervous, and confused on how to handle this case and Mr. Alberez was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP whatsoever!

I recently had the pleasure of using mr. Alvarez I felt he was very good he always returned my phone calls he answered all my questions he handled my case in a timely manner and I would recommend him to anyone else I know.

I first used Mr Alvarez back in 2014 when I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I had to have surgery to both of my arms and was off work for a year. I walked into his office scared to death, didn't know who to trust and where to turn due to the financial strain that had been put on my family. I have never had a lawyer be more honest and up front with where we were at, what we needed to get done and the time frame in which to expect it in. And what was more impressive as we moved through the process everything he said was accurate. They were always there to calm me down when I started getting anxious. That said in 2018 I ended up having to have back surgery once again a result of an accident . The first person I called when I found out they were operating on me was the Alvarez Law Firm. I was super happy with the settlement and Mr Alvarez was not afraid to jump in there and fight for me once again. I'm retired now, but if I ever need an attorney or need to recommend one to a friend or family it will be this firm. Mr Alvarez thank you from the bottom of my heart.
