It's been almost 8 months since money has been paid to get paperwork started, we've stopped in the office, she's never there, we've left numerous messages, and still haven't heard from her or anyone else. It's ridiculous. Poor practice with Poor customer service.

I would just like to point out that I feel the responses from Belinda are less than timely. The valuable line of communication is very limited. It has definitely been a disappointing experience to date, sometimes there has been a month between needed communication leaving me guessing. This leads me to feel the substantial cost is not fair when I am basically ignored. I had to bring up payment in order to have some communication which has left me feeling bitter even though I know that won't help the overall situation. My feelings are that this is not acceptable. I just want this to be over soon so I can move on with my life.

I hired Mr. Rauzi to represent me with a bizarre case that was a complicated mess of incorrectly filed real estate deeds, ownership records and dozens of city fines over a house I believed was owned by a relative. The city had been sending me tickets and violations for 3+ years although the records show the house was not owned by me. It got so bad I ended up in a 2 day trial with 3 people from the Kansas City Prosecutors office working together over housing court tickets. Mr Rauzi is a calm and collected lawyer, I was worried because he was so calm but that is simply because he knows the law and knows how to handle things. The case and documents were prepared and organized, Mr. Rauzi was very effective in his arguments and case and I am extremely impressed. Mr. Rauzi knows business and real estate law and he did the very best to represent me even though I am a bit of a handful to deal with at times!

I hired Belinda for a divorce and could not be happier. She always kept me up to date on key events and strategy. Her fees were very reasonable and she always did everything she promised! I now refer her to all my friends. As an attorney (but not in family law) myself I highly recommend Belinda's services. She is the best in KC.

Upon hiring Belinda she has gone above and beyond for my case. Always responding in a timely manner, she has put my mind at ease throughout the duration of a troublesome divorce and custody case. Ms. Harrison has been extremely helpful in my custody case. She has been patient, kind and I feel like she truly gives a positive and honest opinion on what steps I should be taking next. She explains everything very well and makes sure that I understand what is happening every step of the way.

Communication was horrible. I would not recommend. Even if I got a response, it would be weeks later. I would have found someone else if it wasn't too late. Looked like I was the slacker compared to ex.
