I needed an attorney who would champion my needs in the legal arena. Mandee Pingel and the Pingel Family Law Firm was the right choice. My divorce decree has been in serious need of amending but I had no experience in the logistics on how to accomplish this. Mandee took time to patiently listen to "my story" and we worked out a plan to move forward for a solid positive outcome. The Pingel team was able to provide the necessary paperwork to fill out and notarize. They were very responsive and courteous with my no-experience questions. I was a bit nervous on the day of the hearing but Mandee was there and took the lead. She briefed me on what to expect (and everything went exactly how she predicted) and guided me through the proceedings. $350 just for a consultation, and they don’t tell you until you’re in the process of scheduling. I talked to Bailey, she was really kind but it was disheartening to hear that after getting scheduled. It wasn’t even an appointment with their lawyer, it was a stand-in lawyer for the week and only available for 2 days next week. Editing to respond to your response and give my account of the phone call. You called to ask how to resolve the issue, focusing on the new lawyer and not my main problem which was the fee not being disclosed on the screen of your website where potential clients request a consult. You began having an attitude about me being dissatisfied with not knowing the consultation would have a fee. I explained very clearly my complaint, said I have more to do today and that this wasn’t productive for me, said have a good day, and hung up. You asked how it can be resolved and I told you: disclose the fee on the request page. You’ve lost a potential client not solely because of this, but because of your handling of things afterwards. Have a nice vacation and I wish you the best, but I need a lawyer that’s upfront and won’t be rude when asking for feedback.

I've had the best experience with Mandee, Grace and Team! Mandee always knows what to say when I have questions. She listens and on another note, is very smart! The process was explained and my wishes were respected. The goals and priorities, were my goals & priorities that they requested from me and then we talked about them - either in person, by phone or via email (depending on my wishes), because Mandee wants to ensure we are all on the same page. She is amazing, she has developed a process that makes a terrible time in one's life less complicated! I always felt she had my back and best interests at heart. I can't recommend her and the firm enough!

Great law firm with amazing people. Been to other places and lawyers but finally found a lawyer and law firm that's home. Besides Mandee being amazing, she has a great support team that is just as wonderful. If you're looking for someone to support you or your family through the legal process, don't hesitate. This law firm is hands down is the best in town! Ms mandee and her team are the best. They can help you navigate thru a nasty divorce like what I had going on and make feel good about your situation and know you are not alone. My situation was very nasty my ex wanted sole custody and had a restraining order in place Ms mandee and her team got that dropped and I have primary custody!! Nervous, stressed, scared. These were feelings I was having the first meeting I had with Mandee. I was a proud mother of a 2 month old beautiful baby girl.
