My boyfriend and I worked with Mandee and she was amazing. She listened to us and worked with us on what we wanted. You could tell she believes in father's rights. I was amazed how she maintained her professionalism when the lawyer for his ex-wife got rude and very unprofessional. We would use Mandee again.

This is a family first firm. They always thought of the children and their clients first. Not the opposing party. When my wife and I were looking for counsel after being to mediation and had seen two other attorneys. Davis & Pingel were the only counselors who would represent us. Everyone else said, we did not have enough for custody. We didn't understand how we did not have enough with the children's Step-father being in Prison for robbing a QT. Domestic violence in the house. The children were also in a bad school district, which didn't have enough resource to help the children with their learning issues. Medical neglect, I will stop there, just wanted everyone why we didn't understand. When we considered them, we asked around about Davis & Pingel. We were told, they were BULLDOGS, would do anything to win. This is what we were looking for, me, being a Father, and not ever having success in the court room against a mother before. We needed someone who would fight for me has a Father, who made us feel like what we were doing for our children really mattered to them. Like they were in this fight with us, cause they were family, and cared about our children and their well fair has much has we did. Well, we got what we were looking for, it took 3.5 years to close the custody case, but the children were living with my wife and I for 2.5 years of the case. We ended with Sole custody of the children legally. Mandee, Pat, & Tsion were/are professionals, made us feel like family from day one. They made sure there was nothing left on the table. They made sure we were prepped with with whatever question might be asked of us in the court room. Tsion made sure to investigate anything we would like her to. If it was out there, she found it, very thorough. I did not know these types of counselors were out there. Always thought they were just out for the money. Well, Davis & Pingel will fight for you and your children. They will stand right beside you, hold your hand, to make sure you are prepared when you walk in the court room. You will be so prepped for court, the other counsel will not have anything to use against you. You will have the answer for any kind of question any opposing counsel would ask, when that arises. The bottom line is; their is no one we would trust with our children's rights and a father rights. Than, DAVIS & PINGEL, They are not a law firm to us. They are family, our children love them and we love them. Our family cannot thank them enough for making us whole and protecting us when no one else would. Thank you again and again.
