I met with 4 different attorneys before scheduling a consultation with Mandee. During our engagement, Mandee was very thorough and to the point and had no problem calling it how it is, which included appropriately correcting others at times. In my situation I fortunately/unfortunately settled before trial which was the best outcome for my daughter in the end, but I would have been just as happy to go to trial and see Mandee go to work with all the evidence I had for her. I think I would have gotten a better outcome than my settlement but it wouldn’t have been the best for my daughter. All said and done I am very happy with Mandee and her team but I did get a 28 page bill that was full of 2-3 minute charges for reading emails and busy work but you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get. I will be using her services in the future and I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a trial attorney that isn’t afraid to fight for you.

If you want an rude attorney that will lie, file false documents, slander, and harass people-Mandee Pingle is for you. From her poor style choices to her annoying voice-it would be entertaining if you didn’t have to actually be near her and experience this train wreck of an excuse for an attorney first hand. There’s a reason she’s been reprimanded so many times. Time to hang it up, Mandee.

Ms. Pingel and her team did a great job helping us with our case. They were very helpful, supportive, and informative. Their knowledge and experience in family law is extensive. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a top performing attorney.

We had a difficult adoption with many moving parts. Mandee was thorough and consistently went the extra mile to ensure that we were well informed every step of the way. Her experience prepared us to make decisions as obstacles were presented, and she was highly responsive by both phone and e-mail. She skillfully resolved issues by developing a positive and professional relationship with the other attorneys involved. The firm’s invoices were extremely detailed, and we knew where every penny was being spent. We always felt like Mandee genuinely cared about us and our children and bringing our family together; we are thankful to have found her.

It's been about 2 years since Davis/Pingel helped with my divorce. To this day I count my blessing that Mandee Pingel was my attorney and Tsion Mehari was her paralegal. They went above and beyond to help in what was an awful time in my life. Everyone at the firm was helpful. I doubt I'd be where I am today without them. They are passionate about what they do and it shows. I will never will be able to thank them enough for helping my family but hopefully someone else who needs their services will see this.

I should start off by saying this review is long overdue as my experience with Davis | Pingel law firm was far better than I could have expected. I recently hired Attorney Mandy Pingel and staff to represent me in my Divorce case and her dedication to providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to communicate with me through every step of my case made everything far more manageable. I should also mention that the legal fees were far less than expected and I never felt that I was being taken advantage of financially. I was only charged for the actual time that each service took to complete and small fees were regularly waived. My case was complicated by the fact that I am serving in the Military and stationed out of state in North Carolina resulting in a significant time and distance barrier. While researching Law Firms in Kansas City, MO during late in 2018 Davis | Pingel stood out to me because of the online reviews from Service members that had good experiences working with the Law firm while stationed out of State. I contacted the law firm to set up a free consultation while visiting family in KC over the holidays and met with Attorney Mandy Pingel. She immediately made me feel at ease by answering all my questions and assuring me that she would be able to handle my case given the challenges of cross-state communication. Having never been involved in a legal dispute such as this, I didn’t know what to expect and felt overwhelmed, but was relieved to feel that Attorney Pingel had my best interests in mind. Once I enlisted the services of Attorney Pingel she quickly started the process in filing for my divorce and kept me informed each step of the way. What I was most impressed with throughout the process was how seamless communication was. Every time I had an issue or concern Attorney PIngel would address it as soon as possible despite her busy schedule. I could contact her after hours or during weekends and always received a timely response. There were several obstacles that I encountered over the course of the divorce process due to my ex-wife’s efforts to delay the court hearings in order to continue receiving military mandated spousal support. However, Attorney Pingel was there every step of the way to provide sound legal advice. The biggest challenge to my case was that I received deployment orders and required a court date prior to my deployment date which was late in 2019. I had a very narrow window in which I could make a court appearance in Missouri due to training and other service-related obligations. Attorney Pingel went out of her way and ensured that I had a court date that I was able to make. Furthermore, she was able to close out the case and finalize my divorce with only one court appearance. I was spared very significant financial burdens and an incredible amount of personal stress due to the efforts of Attorney Pingel. Whether you are living in KC or are a resident serving in the Military out of state I could not give a higher recommendation than I give to Attorney Mandy Pingel. She understands and respects the challenges to all family law matters as well as the unique challenges that service member encounter. Additionally, I need to mention that her support staff, namely Paralegal Tsion Mehari, went above and beyond throughout all phases of my case. Paralegal Mehari worked over her weekend to ensure that court documents were completed for my hearing and answered all questions that I had through the process.

The entire staff was wonderful through our entire process! Attorney Pingle was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process. She was very patient with all of our questions and answered them honestly. We found a very high level of perfessionalism and personal attention! I loved that the whole staff knew us and what was happening so that someone was able to answer a question if Attorney Pingle was unavailable.

Mandee and the staff were such a support during a difficult time. She and the staff were also professional yet compassionate and understanding to our situation. My trust in her knowledge and guidance is extremely high. Thank you Mandee and staff!

Both Pat and Mandee are outstanding lawyers and people. They’ve helped me through one of the toughest times in my life and were gracious, caring, tenacious, understanding, and the absolute best a person could ask for. I came into Mandee’s office absolutely hopeless and really not knowing what to do. Mandee and the entire team (Tsion especially) made this grueling process bearable and I thank God everyday for using their firm for my divorce. Nothing is easy about getting divorced, but they helped the transition as much as they possibly could. They don’t tell you what to do, they suggest things that are in your best interest. Everyone went out of their way to help in whatever way they could. I always was able to speak to someone when I had a questions. Everyone was always polite and professional. If someone wasn’t available I knew I would get a call or an email as soon as they were available.
