Working with attorney Derek Haake has been an absolutely pleasure. He set up an LLC for me with an accompanying operating agreement. He was extremely patient and offered very valuable advice and personal insights on other parts of my project that were above and beyond the task at hand. In my opinion, he absolutely went the extra mile to make sure that I and my family were properly protected.
