Bill Niffen is an attorney whom i came to know through another attorney whom have once helped me. The first time I started this paper work with him, I was kind of nervous because of what I thought was too slow. I needed this document processed on time but it wasn't coming up fast enough. The reason being that he want to be thorough , void of any form of error. In the process another issue came up, I informed him at about 8 am and by noon the issue was resolved. He handled all his job diligently. He is a result oriented attorney whom I am very well pleased.
