Very nice and understandable

My husband started working for the USPS in 2002. After 18 years with them, with an almost perfect attendance record, he was injured “on the job” and was refused benefits. They refused disability, even with thorough medical documentation. After a year and a half (without pay), they had already cut off our medical insurance (and our childrens, one with lifelong seizures) and we lost everything. EVERY lawyer we called either hung up on us or refused when we mentioned the USPS…until BurnettDriskill. I hired a lawyer from this firm. When i got very sick hallmark ask me to leave the company. The lawyer a small settlement and aked this lawyer if this was all my money truth was Hallmark took more money an the lawyer fee go more than i did. I ssk him about and he just said" funny how that happens" Whe i was in a conference with he fell asleep in his chair. Needless to say i would not recommend this lawyer. Very traumatic....
