Mr. Fulk was an EXCELLENT attorney!! He helped me through my DWI situation. The end result was that I did not get charge granted I stay out of trouble for a year. It was like a world of stress had lifted from my shoulders! He was excellent from start to finish, constantly reassuring me and calming my nerves. Very professional and knowledgeable of Missouri DWI laws! I would recommend this attorney for ANY and ALL criminal cases as he is the best attorney I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. I have employed Bert's services on a couple of occasions, and I have been extremely pleased with the service provided.
