Worked diligently on my case and anytime I had questions he got back to me with answers promptly. I would recommend for counsel if anyone is looking.

I was introduced to Bert Fulk through a dear friend of mine, via a personal referral my dear friend received from a very reputable person, back in July, 2022. I was incarcerated at the time, and I was facing "Severe Criminal Charges." I was never in this position in my entire life, and I had serious concerns about what was going to happen to me, as I went through the "Criminal Law Process." In the early phases of my case, it was not certainly not looking very encouraging for me. My case was rather complex, very unique, and took about a year and a half, before I was actually sentenced. The actual "Sentence" was handed down about two weeks ago. Mr. Fulk, during this particular time frame, was just so professional and knew exactly how to go about handling my case. He was always pushing the right buttons, especially towards the end. There were many bumps in the road along the way, and somehow Bert Fulk was able to overcome all of the obstacles, and was able to obtain a very favorable outcome for me, during my "Sentencing Phase." I could have not asked for a better "Criminal Defense Attorney" to personally represent me during my unique Court Case. He was terrific, so professional, and I was certainly elated and ecstatic regarding the "Judges Final Ruling" - concerning my actual sentence. Mr Fulk certainly comes highly recommended, is a true professional, is very personable, and I would not hesitate to have him represent anyone out there that is looking for a "True Professional" to handle their respective "Court Case."

Mr. Fulk was very friendly and helpful. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to take care of my son’s speeding ticket. His lawyer’s fee was one of the cheaper ones too when I called around. I would highly recommend him.
