I am writing this review with a heavy heart, after experiencing the utmost level of unprofessionalism and negligence from Mr. Smith, who was appointed as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in my family law case. I believe it is critical for potential clients to be aware of the issues we faced. A GAL's role is to act in the best interests of the child, conducting thorough investigations, engaging effectively with all parties involved, and advocating diligently for the child's needs and wishes. Regrettably, this was not our experience with Mr. Smith. Communication with Mr. Smith was nothing short of challenging. There were numerous instances where messages were not responded to, and meetings were frequently cancelled. This persistent lack of effective communication led to confusion, stress, and an overall sense of being disregarded. Even more distressing was Mr. Smith's apparent failure to conduct a comprehensive investigation. Despite being provided with numerous opportunities and resources, there was a distinct lack of interest in reviewing critical documents, speaking with key individuals, or visiting important locations such as the child's home and school. It is concerning to think decisions are being made based on incomplete and potentially inaccurate information. Most importantly, I question whether Mr. Smith truly acted in the best interests of the child. There were several instances where the child's expressed wishes and needs were either ignored or, worse, misrepresented. Such actions are not only unprofessional but potentially harmful to the child's emotional wellbeing and future. The heart of a GAL's duty lies in advocating for the child's best interests. Unfortunately, the experience with Mr. Smith has been far from fulfilling this crucial role. Therefore, I feel compelled to share our experience to caution others seeking his GAL services. The children involved in these cases deserve diligence, respect, and committed advocacy – something we regrettably did not receive from Mr. Smith. Please consider this review seriously before deciding to engage Mr. Smith's services as a Guardian ad Litem, as my children are still suffering from abuse, while he only asked for money from us.

Monica Smith was extremely helpful with the naturalization process. From start to finish she kept me updated in timely manner. Very very professional and knowledgeable of what is needed. Lots of coaching to prepare for the interview as well. Highly recommend.

Monica is great lawyer filed my n400 application for naturalization in April 2022 and get my citizenship in October 2022 she is been very responsive and helpful through the whole process even though after the case was closed she still responds to my emails I would recommend Monica to anyone who need help with immigration cases and lady at the front desk very calm and professional thank you
