So discussed and disappointed with your ruling yesterday where you let a horrid man, who shows no remorse for killing a child, off with just a fine. You were openly rude to the child’s family as if they deserved to be rear ended and have their child taken from them. St. Joseph does NOT need judges like you and we Will remember this at voting time and will do all we can to campaign against you.

Mrs. Bachman, performed her responsibilities and duties in regards to my case extremely well. She gave hope when I had none, a guiding light to say the very least. After seven years of fighting a never ending custody battle with an ex who has a drinking problem, issues with addictions, and mental instability, Lindsey Bachman (after only a few months) helped me to reach a resolution very quickly that was safe and best for my children. So, on the few occasions when my children’s father wants to see his children on his scheduled visitation times, I am at ease knowing they will be at the home of their grandparents for all visits and that I am able to do all transporting. This has helped to make sure the kids are in a safe environment and are not being neglected or put in unsafe circumstances. Going through a divorce is a stressful time.
