Lindsey is a very knowledgeable, informative attorney who will tell you the facts and be straight forward about your chances in the case. My divorce case involved child custody, and she told me, even before taking my case, what my best chances to win the case would be. She was honest about my what chances to win the case, and what would need to be done. When I told her we were still trying to work everything out, she said she would love to see that happen. She didn't push for a whole lot of extra work for her or money out of my pocket, and told me from the beginning what steps would need to be done when in order to proceed. She kept me informed the whole way, and, knowing I wanted to keep the kids, she did everything she could to give me the best chance to end up with them. She was very personable and sincere the whole time. The divorce case ended up getting thrown out, and she volunteered to do the paperwork to get it dismissed, even though I wasn't the one that filed.
