Our companies utilize UGBB for legal assistance in corporate matters. Issues include transactional advice and contract drafting. Also M & A matters. Had Blanke for an Attorney, what a huge mistake. He doesn’t return phone calls at all. Only respond to emails. Will constantly tell you how he is a trial lawyer and he is trying to get a handle on your case. Find a better lawyer elsewhere while you can
