Steve did a phenomenal job with my case (car accident) against the defendants who filed for bankruptcy. He picked up my case from my previous lawyer who unfortunately passed unexpectedly and was eager to represent me. This was a challenging case due to the defendants filing for bankruptcy. This caused me to be concerned that I would not be able to get compensated for damages that was done to my car. Steve was able to get excellent results and made sure I was compensated for damages to the car as well medical. I will definitely be using Steve again for any legal representation and I would also recommend his services to others.

David Adam, a partner with the UGBB law firm, assisted me in a real estate investment project. While I had a specific plan for the financial aspects of the project, I sought help on how best to structure the transaction from a legal perspective - particularly to limit personal liability. Following a couple of consultations, he set up an LLC, drafted an operating agreement and a lease template containing protections for the LLC as the Landlord. Dave also brought up operational issues that weren't on my radar. Things like how to make sure proper applications were provided to renters, how to qualify renters, what notices should be provided, local ordinance requirements etc. When an investment property was identified, he reviewed the purchase agreement, helped walk me through financing alternatives and what property inspections were important – as well as coordinating with my agent on counter offers and contract contingencies. Dave's thoroughness created a solid legal structure, while also giving me peace of mind that I made a sound investment decision. After successfully operating this property for five years, Dave recently helped with the sale of the property, along with my realtor. The woman that answers the phone needs to find a job somewhere in a dark hole so there is no interaction with another human her attitude sucks ... And I guess they never go to court because she has no idea who they face off with as opposing attorneys... Smh
