I hired Gonzalo Fernandez to represent me in a serious car crash I had over in Illinois. I was left with herniated discs in my neck and a concussion that bothered me for years. The people they have working are rude and disrespectful and they have no clue what they are talking about I was told they do not help with snap(food stamps) so I asked why was the number on the paper work from social services I ask to speak to someone else's and that thing hung up on me
