I have made 3 separate phone calls asking for help with issues regarding immigrant families I work with. I don't understand who they help because every time I call, they RUDELY tell me they don't help with the issue....but their website states otherwise.

They very helpful and did all they could for me.

No communication whatsoever, constant personnel turnover, just a giant cloak shadowing whats actually happening

They mever listened nor tried to help me.kept sending me to other places

Update to review below: After I began contacting other law firms across the country to take over my file, word got back to a partner of SWMW. He contacted me, apologized, and things definitely improved. I still feel that shouldn't have been necessary, and that clients in these lawsuits are considered by most law firms to be a necessary inconvenience, and as a result they figure out the minimum level of service they can get away with. That's what they go with. I still wish I signed up with a firm actually showing up in court and litigating the case, but have modified my review from one star to three in recognition of the fact that at least, in the end, they responded. . . . SWMW represented, supposedly do represent me, in the Roundup tort class action. No communication..Constant staff turnover. Tara King, the lawyer representing my case resigned. No one contacted me. Phone calls not returned. Commitments not met. My big mistake was not signing up with one of the law firms directly involved in the litigating the lawsuit. SMWM did nothing to earn their very substantial fee. I plan to now file a complaint with the Legal Ethics board.

PÉSIMA comunicación, 3 años dándole vuelta a lo mismo.. tuvieron el pretexto perfecto (la pandemia) lo pasé porque no fué ''culpa'' de ellos, pero una de sus "abogadas", la tal Lorraine dejó de responder a mis correos.. hace más de un mes me estoy tratando de comunicar y sus teléfonos NO enlazan la llamada. Sinceramente no sé para qué me avisan de un asunto que NO me van a resolver o se la van a pasar sacando evasivas a las preguntas.
