My daughter has a case with you guys she has a laywer with you guys there's no communication we are left in a limbo Noone returning calls or emails I want my grandson back home if there's no commucation how do we suppose to feel how long do this custody count suppose to carrier on my daughter feel sad because Noone working in her favor my daughter is a good mom it seems there working with this felony we want to feel like the laywer working for us and it doesn't feel. Working with this firm has been awful. You get a new paralegal every other day it seems and no one updates you of this until so much time has gone by and you reach out to get updates. That’s what I hate most about the firm. The other thing is I feel like my family and I did the work as far as getting information. I’m really over it. The compensation from the settlements isn’t worth it for us.

All I HAVE TO say is if its not something simple for their end they will not help you. I ran around with my head chopped off trying to get all information to them in a timely manor and spoke with one of their attorneys for him to call me several times and ask question and then tell me that he doesn't even know if he will accept my case but will get back to me in 2 days. Two days go by and I never hear a thing. So I emailed them asking for all my paperwork back. Then only for the attorney to call me back 2 days before court to ask where he is sending my paperwork back too. Mind you my case is against fair housing because my landlord is retalliationg against and does not like the breed of MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL. 10 OUT 10 WOULD.NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE THEN A RENT POSSESION CASE.

UPDATE: We lost the case for the reason I said. The judge accused us of lying and trying to stall the court. Called the service. A week later, I was given a call by Marissa Schiro. She took all of my information down. She said, "I'm going to tell you right now, you're accepted." She advised me to tell the court I have a lawyer. She advised me to ask for a continuance. She told me that I would have a lawyer before my next court date. And then they ghosted me. I went to their office yesterday to ask what was up. A lawyer there told me I had been rejected due to being understaffed. They weren't going to notify me. I have court today. The judge is going to accuse me of just stalling. The judge awarded the other party a lawyer because I got one. And now I'm being told that Marissa has extensive training, and would never say those things. Don't go to this legal office. They are as about as good as a public defender, and we all know how far they get you. No communication. All the excuses. I'm in a worse position now than I was because I followed their legal advice, and they didn't follow through on their contract.

I don't understand how they are lawyers, but they aren't that bright. How they managed to set such a bad tone for my day by botching something a grade schooler could handle is beyond me. Double check you're work. Duh.
