I've left voicemails for weeks trying to submit an application. Not even sure if this is business is still running, but if so, horrendous service.

These people are absolutely amazing.

Legal Services and its attorneys, paralegals, and volunteers are truly the best when it comes on to helping low income citizens and immigrants who truly need help. Their services are well needed by those they aid. Their members are open-minded and respectful to all.

Called yesterday just to get some info and maybe some referrals for legal help for low income people...the receptionist was not very helpful at all, she just kept saying we are not taking any new clients right now, and I asked for leads or referrals, and no no no, none to be given, and were not taking any new clients right now..like your job is to answer the phone and give info lady, if it's too stressful quit! She acted like I was asking for too much! I did my research online and threw phone calls and everyone in St Louis, refers people to this Agency, only to get shut down by a ride intake or receptionist, and then u don't provide info for other resources of help, not even a website or Law firm, NOTHING..but this agency is suppose to help people, right
