They helped my mom quickly and that's wonderful. However, now I need help and it's impossible to get a hold of them! I keep asking someone to tell me when is a good time to call but somehow they always 'forget'. They assigned me two specific people so far- again, impossible to get them on the phone. At this point, I don't even know if I qualify for their help.
