I'm very dissapointed in this law firm. Like everyone has said they do not call you back or answer their email. My daughter was in a car accident 12/31/2016 and we have yet to settle this case. The other people in the car with her that used other lawyers been received thier settlements! When I first went to the office I should have known then, it was very unorganized and not professional looking. This was the biggest mistake I ever made! I will never recommend this firm to anyone ever!

This law firm helped my mother for my brother who passed away unfortunately. Through out the whole process they were very kind supporting and kept us informed of all. Unfortunately our case had to go to trial, but these guys did an awsome job, all their staff from paralegals, receptionist, secretaries and most important the attorneys, did an awsome job. We never been through any of this and they helped us through the hole process itself and made it easy for us to understand. Great customer service and great representation. Thank you from my family and myself to you guys!!

The St. Louis office personnel is very unprofessional. I too feel like I'm getting the run around.

I am glad I hired this firm! After reading reviews on various lawyers, I was reluctant to hire an attorney, but thankful I did. I could not be more pleased with Attorney Roderick White, his staff, and my settlement! The insurance tried to lowball me, but he fought for me and continued to negotiate until he got the maximum offer. :) His staff has wonderful customer service and were always attentive to my needs. Due to the wreck, my car was totaled so I had no way to treat, and I was in terrible pain. They referred me to a friendly chiropractic clinic that provided transportation and also a pharmacy that delivered my medication right to my doorstep! His staff is also patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They kept in touch and I was always informed of anything going on with my case. Very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the services he provided and I would recommend Mr. White to anyone that is looking for a personal injury lawyer.

This Law Firm always took the time out of their day to answer all my questions and concerns that I had in regards to my case. They even sent me to clinics where it was most convenient for me. I really wasn't expecting the amount that they helped me settle for but I'm grateful they were to get me the amount they did.
