USCIS called us for another interview after Sueing And shown us hell like we have never seen before. Make this call if you believe that there is nothing USCIS can give you a hard time for.

In 2016 I filed for disability for the first time using Crowe and Shanahan as my legal help. I was dealing with my disability and abuse from a domestic partner as well as the people who adopted me. I don’t call them mom and dad so that’s the best way I know how to say that. Anyways, the lawyer kept calling my dad and then he would miscommunicate to me, then Cindy from C&S was calling leaving rude voicemails but NEVER left her phone number to call back. In the end I became confused because I thought I was supposed to work until I couldn’t and then come back and check in. Turns out they had dropped my case. The cherry on top that made me write this review was when I was told “ I don’t have to deal with you, I know that much “. These lawyers didn’t even know the main reason I filed and argued my case completely wrong. My main reason for filing is one of the more likely disabilities to be approved for SSDI or SSI. At first C&S were professional and kind, but as time went on, it went downhill. I have previously written a good review in the early stages and I’d like to recant that and take that bad. Working with them was not a good experience and was a complete waste of my time.

Don Derse, Attorney at Crowe & Shanahan and his staff did a wonderful job in helping my husband finally get approved for SS Disability! We would highly recommend them to anyone that is seeking assistance.
