Steve came to my house and made it very easy and simple to understand what was going on with my case. He was very polite and he explained everything that needed to be explained to me he took his time. He wasn’t in a hurry he he was a gentleman that really cared about my feelings and what I thought so I’m glad and I will recommend this Brown Brown company to anyone that is in need of help.

I called them at 3am and the representative took all my information while I was crying and she was very professional. I heard from a lawyer the next day to set up an appointment and a few days later a representative was at my house to hear about what happened and to explain the process. I'm so thankful that the process was so easy!
