I have never felt so used and out of the loop in my life. I hope to god I never have another issue like this. I definitely will not use them or refer them to anybody. Poor poor service

I called them and was immediately told Mr Brown didn't believe me, even though I told him there was video proof for my case. I was also told Mr Brown is a former prosecutor and would never sue a city over police torts. Apparently they aren't only missing an eye but their balls also.
