Brown and Brown has done a great job with my personal injury case. They negotiated an amount that I believe was fair from the defendant's insurance company. They worked diligently on working with all my medical providers and health insurance provider to satisfy all my liens/responsibilities. They were able to get all my bills reduced and also negotiated a significant reduction to satisfy the lien my health insurance had on my case. Kelsey did a wonderful job answering all my questions, as well as responding to my voicemails. I would recommend Brown and Brown to anyone!

This experience has been awful from the get go. Dan said he was my attorney got passed off to Trent in Illinois office, who then left the company for some reason. Gave me Ken as my attorney whom is never available. When you call and ask for Ken you get Ashley Cheryl or Rick. Rick has to be one of the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. They seem to forget I hired them. They work for me. Dan who shook my hand the day I met him and said we would be good friends by the end of this is a liar. Friends stay in contact return calls and definitely don't treat people the way he does. They have made sure to make them money the Dr's they send you to gets there cut and you get put on hold and have to suffer again in the end. They have sent me two statements about my settlement the second for more than the first. Which was the only good thing but now I'm hearing they might have made a mistake and missed bills. Wow here we go again more waiting and dealing with rude Rick who isn't even my attorney.
