I have 2 cases pending and there is no communication on either.the only time i hear from anyone is when i call.im left guessing whats going on and the only time i recieve mail is after i call and its only to confirm my call

Lawyer was working on my case ,then out of nowhere I got a letter saying because the other person said the accident was both our faults when it wasn’t, it was theirs. I called my lawyer ,and these are his words not mine. He said that the boss often closes cases on colored people and he discriminates so I waisted 11 days working with them for nothing.

I really appreciated the open line of communication. I received numerous letters informing me of the status of my case. I never had to wonder what was going to happen next. If I needed clarification Brown and Brown was just a call away. Whenever I called I was able to speak to someone that was able to answer any question I had.
