I've been waiting for a response but I've yet to get one. Edit to address reply: I contacted them via the website and received a confirmation email. They are saying I didn't and suggesting I'm confused. This is disturbing given I'm a lifelong STL resident and very familiar with the advertisements for the firm, both print/TV/Infomercial. They suggested I call instead. Also concerning that lawyers don't have a reliable website presence. They have my email and # from the website contact.

Steve (my initial contact) was punctual, very calming and personable. He explained everything calmly and clearly. I'm already feeling a little better.

I contacted Brown and Brown due to a motorcycle accident and needed a lawyer. Talked with Dan Brown on the phone and he reassured me of the steps to take.He set on appointment and the next morning I had an attorney at my door taking care of my case.I was very informed as to what they would do and felt very comfortable afterwards.Their main concern was to make me whole again.......I'll never recommend them to anyone. After they started my case,what was promised didn't make to the finish. The typical response was don't shoot the messenger.When calling about my case a message was taken and a letter would appear saying nothing has changed. No questions whatsoever in regards to my concerns only the letter keeping in compliance with bar requirements to keep the client informed. Complete lack of the client's concerns when the settlement is not high $.Never will I recommend them for even a traffic ticket.
