I worked with John Sauter to complete my trust and he was very patient with me while answering all of my hypothetical questions. He gave me time to think through certain outcomes and to process my emotions when dealing with certain questions. He made this process as easy as possible for such a novice as myself. I honestly think Mr. Smith is the first attorney I’ve ever encountered who wasn’t solely profit focused, abrasive, or arrogant. He is the most humble, approachable, and honest one I’ve ever dealt with. Literally gave me 25minutes of his time; listening, asking questions, providing feedback… All to tell me at the end that he didn’t feel a prenup was in my best interest. I mean wow. Seems like not every attorney compromises ethical values for financial gain. Thanks so much Mr. Smith!
