Neil is an amazing family lawyer. I was served on a Friday and had court on that following Monday. Found him over the weekend and I talked to multiple lawyers that weekend. I knew he was the right one to go with because he was patient and answered all of my questions to make sure I felt comfortable hiring him as my lawyer. Throughout my case I experienced high levels of anxiety, worried about the possible outcomes. Each and every time he walked me through the realistic outcomes for my situation and what he suggested I should do. Even though he gave his suggestions he always left the decisions up to me and what I felt was best for me and my children. David Becher was blocked by Neil Smith on here because he reported him to the Supreme Court of Missouri for taking his money for a QDRO and then wouldn’t return emails, texts or phone calls to finish it. He was for his ex’s attorney so he lost a lot of money in his divorce. All of the reviews from the last 7 months on here are from after he was reported so he told his friends and relatives what to write. Beware of an incompetent lawyer!

Can't recommend Neil more highly - he is intelligent, compassionate, and kind - but still a fighter. He easily explains complicated topics and takes the time to make sure you understand. An excellent lawyer and an excellent firm!
