My situation was interesting because I left the municipal courtroom under the impression I received a lesser charge so I paid my fine and moved on with my life. I recently found out that was not the case when I called and inquired with the municipal court. In somewhat of a panic, I contacted Daniel Nolan and explained my situation. He was able to review my history and come up with a game plan to address the issue - all the while being very accessible/responsive to any questions I had. I was impressed because I know that my case is probably much smaller than other cases but Daniel treated it with diligence/urgency. In all, Daniel worked through the court system and helped me resolve my issue in a little under a week. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a defense attorney.

Daniel Nolan is a fantastic lawyer; both as a traffic and DWI attorney. He helped me with both, and I never severed any time in jail or any probation. He is phenomenal; highly recommend.

Outside of assistance with a will I have never had any experience with retaining a lawyer. I felt silly seeking out legal advice for a moving violation but was told this would be the best way to handle this infraction. I was referred to Mr. Nolan who said what he would do and followed thru. In this day and age when you are often given the runaround, Mr. Nolan’s word is solid. I highly recommend his services.

Dan Haltenhof is a lying thieving snake. Don't believe his free consultation line it's not true. He ignores domestic violence and lied to the bar association about his representation during our fee dispute. He did absolutely nothing for me and my kids and charged me thousands for it. My second attorney charged me an additional $1500 for everything he didn't do. He refused to provide any explanation if billing and knowingly withheld my file for seven weeks after he was terminated. He was late for court and is utterly unprofessional. He should be disbarred before he is allowed to treat clients this way again!

Mr. Nolan took away the stress and worry of my case. He took the time to carefully review the case, educate me in my options and represented me in court, I felt relieved that I was not taken advantage of and that justice had been served. Anyone in need of legal representation would be in good hands with Mr. Nolan.
