David was able to thoroughly explain the process, give direction on my actions, and instill confidence in his professional ability to lead me through. David was always proactive with communications and filings with the court. Always brief and to the point, focused on my best interest and fair resolution. Throughout the proceedings, I always felt like I had an all-star at bat for me.

We were purchasing a new home and wanted an experienced real estate attorney to help us with the purchase of our residential home. After renting for a few years, we engaged Marc Jacob and could not have been happier with his real estate knowledge and the protection he afforded us. At a number of turns, the deal could have fallen through and we would have been left with no place to stay and with thousands of dollars in additional costs.
