I wouldn’t go with any other law firm the customer service and communication has been great from day 1 keeping me in the loop of things every step of the way they fought long and hard for me through this entire process Great staff of people especially Claudia E she was very friendly and kind and had prompt communication she made things very clear and kept me updated all the time I would highly recommend this firm.

I cannot think of one positive thing to say. If I had to pick the worst thing about this firm, I would say it is their lack of communication.

As starters, I felt very comfortable as I was not put in a position to pick up the phone just to check the status of my case. They called me quite often! That made me feel like they actually care. As time progressed, I spoke with Adam Gizzi (Reduction Specialist), and I tell you, he was so kind and patient with me. He catered to every concern and question I had! If he ever became frustrated, you certainly couldn't tell. Adam kept everything very professional. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them all to K&P. I highly recommend them!

It’s was a pretty decent experience I don’t have Mitch to complain about.

First off this case was someone else’s fault, however this idiot wasn’t caught so I had to take the heat. K& P was kind and Adam Gizzi went out of his way to stay in contact and resolve my issues
