My experience with the team as a whole was good, but Claudia Espinosa Reduction Supervisor made things much better. She treated me as an individual not a client. She always responded immediately to my calls and emails. She was very professional and caring.

Overall, I had a pleasant; however, lengthy experience. Adam Gizzi was very professional and informative, he offered wonderful insight! I appreciate the time and dedication K&P put into my case! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Took a lil longer than expected and communication was slow in the beginning but once Adam took over I was updated more frequently and my case was settled faster. Overall I’m satisfied with my outcome so they alright with me.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for K&P for accepting my case, this journey has been somewhat stressful for me but the entire team has guided me through this process which was something I've never experienced before. They explain and updated me monthly which was reassuring. Though the outcome was not what I expected I am still appreciative and am grateful for everything that was done on my behalf.  Adam Gizzi called me letting me know what was going to happen next and finally he assured me of my statement amount and when I would receive it.
